The company produces flanges according to most European and International norms as: UNI, EN, BS, ASME, API, AWWA, NORSOK, each one referring to a specific industrial sector.
Considering the different applications, flanges follow certain rules that define the typology, dimensions and materials more suitable to the specific requirements.
ASME FLANGES

There are different types of ASME flanges depending on specific needs. They are divided into 7 classes of pressure, which is indicated in pounds per square inch (PSI).

BS FLANGES

EN FLANGES

API FLANGES

This standard provides only the Slip On and Welding Neck flanges over 24″ in diameter in general use in the petrochemical industry. This standard is under the authority of the “Petroleum Industry Equipment Standards Committee”.
This European standard defines from PN2.5 to PN400 flanges, in sizes from DN10 to DN4000. In addition to the flanges, it also includes the nozzles and the collars that are welded to the pipes. It also mentions the choice of materials used.
Generally used in wellheads and connected equipment for the extraction of petroleum and natural gas. API standard provides information about the dimensioning of details and also about materials, tests, inspections, weldings and marking.
ISO FLANGES

AWWA FLANGES

NORSOK FLANGES

This European standard defines flanges from PN2.5 to PN420, and diameters from DN10 to DN4000. In addition to the flanges it also includes the nozzles and the collars that are welded to the pipes. This standard also mentions on the choice of materials generally used in manufacturing.
Generally connected on pipes for water transporting. Often the pipes are made of fiberglass and the flanges are connected in the terminal stubs. They are in diameters from 42 to 144″, flat, welding neck and blind types.
A study concerning the coupling system type “RJ” with the faces slightly inclined, which has allowed it obtains a considerable decrease in weight. Mainly used in subsea pipelines and installations located in tough environments.
