The production process starts with our stocked raw or semi-finished forgings. These pieces then are manufactured on CNC machines, managed by high qualified technicians. After severe and methodical dimensional and visual controls, all pieces are marked for a long-lasting traceability. The weather protection treatment and packing are the final stages of production cycle.

Working with the latest technology based CNC machines guarantees high performance and attention to detail. This, together with constant dimensional control and operational flexibility are the strong points that gain and maintain clients’ loyalty.
All items manufactured during the production cycle at Geoflange are clearly marked for identification and traceability. Standard marking includes: trademark, type of material, size, pressure rating and heat number. Additional markings may be made at the request of the client for the purposes of customizing the product.
RUST PROTECTION COATING

PACKAGING
Before being shipped, material supplied by Geoflange is temporarily protected, using rust inhibitors, against atmospheric corrosion that may take place during transport and storage in the warehouse.
On request, we are able to apply a paint coating using primer, epoxy and galvanizing coating.
All material is inspected prior to shipment and the procedure is recorded using special software. The information highlighted includes raw materials, work centre used, operator involved, identification details and measuring instruments used during the inspection. This process thereby guarantees the traceability of each operational step.
All our material is packed in fumigated crates and/or wooden pallets. Advanced logistics capabilities, using precise and stringent procedures, enable us to ensure timely delivery by land, sea and air, to reach clients all around the world.
